DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all of our domestic orders USPS Priority Mail. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $40.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

We will contact you ASAP with the exact amount shipping charge in the event your order is shipping internationally for your approval. You may cancel any order if you believe the shipping cost is too high. Your payment will be refunded when the order is cancelled.

Item out of stock?

If an item you are ordering is not currently in stock we will may be able to special order it for you. Please call us at 907-222-6633.

We accept exchanges as outlined below:

• Please call us at 907-222-6633 or email [email protected] BEFORE  shipping items back for return or exchange.
• No cash or credit refunds, we only accept merchandise for exchange or store credit only.
• We accept only merchandise that was purchased in the last 15 days.
• We accept only merchandise in new condition with the tags still attached.
• We do accept cleaned merchandise that is deemed to be defective.  We will contact the manufacturer of the item to determine how the manufacturer wants to apply their warranty.  Each manufacturer has different policies for defective merchandise.  Most will replace or repair the item.  Some manufacturers will have shipping and handling charges.  We will be your advocate and try to accommodate your wishes, but the manufacturer has the final say.

Shipping costs will also be assessed on returned items which are purchased by special order or through our web store. If you received free shipping on your item, we will deduct what we paid for shipping from the refund on a return. This fee will be waived on an exchange, however you will be required to ship the item back to us.

Exceptions to this policy may be granted by contacting John Staser at [email protected]. Sales staff does not have the authority to grant exceptions.
